Congratulations! It is with great pleasure that I invite you to become a member of Kent School's Class of 2010.
This year the Admissions Committee received a record number of applications from highly qualified students and as a result, the competition for admission has been tremendous. Because of your academic potential and strong motivation, you measured up well in that competition, and the Committee and I are pleased about offering you admission.
Kent asks a great deal from its students: in conduct and achievement, in the classroom and in extracurricular activities. Throughout the admissions process you have shown that you will respond to our expectations and that you have the promise of making significant contributions to the life of our School.
The Admissions Committee expects that you will maintain your current academic standing for the remainder of the school year and will request your final record in June.
I hope that you are as excited as we are about the prospect of your attending Kent and that you will be joining us this fall.
