　　After graduated from university, I have worked in 3 different companies, Foxconn technology, Merry electronics Co.limited and AOTO electronics Co.limited. The three companies all belong to the electronic products manufacturing industry.

　　2008.8~2010.12, I have worked at AOTO electronics Co.limited.My worked department is R&D department, my job category is DQA engineer. I’m a team leader of DQA and you can

　　know my main responsibilities in the following three aspects.

　　Firstly, I should direct and arrage the testing task applied by other R&D members in order to makesure the software & handware are all normal and the product quality can be improved.

　　Secondly, together with IQC I need to confirm all materials(including first sample) prepared to use on R&D products .Makesure that all materials meet the design requires, and can be normal used on manufacturing line .

　　Lastly, I’m in charge of the laboratory.I need to write the documents on operating the equipments and do the calibration work for the equipments on whole process such as to contact to different calibrated institutions,to choice the institution, to ask the total price,to do the list of equipments and so on.

　　2007.8~2008.7, I have worked at Merry electronics Co.limited.My worked department is bluetooth product engineering and my job category is PE engineer. As a Bluetooth product engineer, I need to track the whole process of manufacturing in order to find abnormal issue and deal with it. You can know it from the following points.

　　Firstly,I do the NPI wrok. According to the needs of customers I need to estimate the size of testing line ,to build and debug the line until it can run normally.

　　Secondly, during the SMT time, I need to test the function of first PCBA sample and deal with some

　　abonomal issue ,makesure all electronic components are normal welded .

　　Lastly, I need to guide the TE to do testing, to feedback the testing problems to R&D and to give

　　Interim measures .

　　2005.6~2007.7, I have worked at Foxconn Technology Group. My worked department is MPB-FIH and my job category is testing engineer. As a testing engineer ,I mainly do the testing tasks on the testing line.

　　Firstly,I do the NPI wrok. On the testing line,I test the founction of PCBA and analysis the

　　abnormal issue.

　　Secondly,I need to build new testing lines,and debug all fixtures makesue the lines can run normally.

　　Lastly, as I ‘m in charge of two testing lines, I need to arrage and manage the daily testing task .

　　Learning from the work, I have gained some working experience. I am familiar with the process of testing and manufacturing electronic products,such as handset, bluetooth Player and LED TV. Also I can masterly operate many equipments for manufacturing and testing such as

　　multymeter, oscilloscope, signal generator ,DC power, powermeter and so on. I can deal with some abnormal issue during manufacturing and testing .Most of the time I can give Interim measures to solve it when abnormal issue appeared.
