初中英語作文：競選班長
Today, our class held the monitor election. `And I became the new monitor in my class. I was very happy, but I was still very nervous now. When the election began, I was so nervous that I can hear my heart beating heavily.
I tried my best to calm down for a long time. Then I went to the platform to begin my prepared speech.
I felt my brain was blank when I was having my speech.
Before the election, I was confident for this position, but I still so nervous when I was in the platform. Thanks for preparing in advance; otherwise, I must be embarrassed. But the result was what I want. It’s a happy thing.
今天，我們班競選班長了。`我成為了新的班長。我很高興，不過我現在仍然很緊張。競選開始的時候，我好緊張，我都可以聽到我的心怦怦跳了。我努力了很長一段時間才平靜下來。然后我才走向講臺開始我已經準備好的演講。在演講的時候，我覺得我的大腦一片空白。在競選之前，我對這一職位是很有信心，但當我站在講臺上時還是很緊張。幸好提前準備了；否則，我肯定很難堪。不過結果卻是我想要的。這是一件值得開心的事
