I am writing this letter to give you an update about our research development project. I am glad to inform you that I have completed more than seventy percent of research work on exploring new source of alternative fuels in a span of just three years. I expect to complete my entire research work by the end of 20XX.
I have successfully conducted research work in harnessing solar energy in motor vehicles. I have developed a special organic compound which can be used as alternative source of energy by mixing it gasoline in a fixed ratio. I am enclosing the relevant details about the progress of the research development work with this letter. Currently I am working on the possibility of using human waste as alternative fuel to run small cars.
I would request you to kindly visit our research centre so that you can get a proper idea about the research work completed by us so far. I will wait for a reply in this regard from your side.
