As the result of your interview with us, I take great pleasure in welcoming you to Blue Pathway Internship Program at IBM China.
The Blue Pathway Internship Program will start, on a full working-day basis, from July 2nd and end on August 31st, 2007. During internship, you will be assigned some tasks based on BU’s requirement, with learning opportunities provided for you, including e-learning and classroom learning activities, which may help you get basic understanding of IBM organization, working environment, business processes and high performance culture, as well as build your business sense. By the end of the internship, an evaluation on your performance will be made by your manager.
Your employment as intern and relevant payment during internship will be processed by China International Intellectech Corporation (CIIC).
