孩子該如何消除小升初面試中的緊張情緒呢?
1.一定要對自己充滿自信。
其實面試就是一個與考官面對面交流的過程，通過這種交流讓考官在十分鐘甚至是五分鐘之內了解到孩子的優點。
很多孩子之所以會膽怯緊張，很大程度上都是因為缺乏自信，尤其是一些性格比較內向，自尊心又很強的孩子，他們往往認為自己不如別人。
實際上，并不是自己不行，而是自卑心理在作祟。
如果自己都覺得自己不優秀，沒有人會覺得你優秀。
因此，要克服緊張情緒，必須要戰勝自卑感，增強自信心，相信自己是最棒的，相信自己一定能夠成功。
2.一定要在平時加強訓練，找機會多參加一些類似的活動。
造成緊張的另外一個原因就是缺乏這方面的訓練。
