As response for the job vacancy listed in the ABC newspaper dated on 8-07-2012, I am writing this letter to express my interest to fill the position of lease administrator in your company. My competencies in analyzing and organizing tasks will be very helpful in handling the position.

I possess over seven years of experience working in the area of real estate& finance, which make me a perfect match for the requirements of this position.

I possess the ability to handle the clients and carry out all the tasks of a lease administrator. I have shown extraordinary performance in JYC Corp, Manhattan and KL Enterprises, Dallas. I also possess problem solving ability, strong attention to detail and exceptional decision making skills.
