　　I want to never feel like I've given less than my best.

　　我從不愿留下沒有盡全力的遺憾，

　　I believe that's the key to reaching all my goals in my career because I know that I have the ability and training.

　　那是我實現職業目標的關鍵，因為我知道我有足夠的能力并且訓練有素。

　　If I'm committed and driven,which I am,then I will succeed,I will be given ever more responsibility and,ultimately,I believe I will work my way into the top positions.

　　假如我盡職盡責，奮發努力，就像現在這樣，我必定能成功。進而我會被委以重任，最后進入到高層職位。

　　In doing so,I will lay the foundation for the other parts of my life-family and contributions to my community.

　　I want to be a well-rounded person,but it starts with the highest degree of commitment in my chosen field.

　　這個主要是針對應屆畢業生或年輕的求職者所問的問題。如果看到應聘者簡歷上的工作經歷沒有連貫性，筆者也會問這個問題。在回答這個問題時，要以職業規劃為中心，根據所應聘的職位，給出一個明確的職業目標。
