一、題型判斷
通過對考研英語閱讀文章題干的觀察分類態度題題干特點如下，當題干中出現attitude，the author…，the writer…，in the author’s opinion，feel about等，即可判斷該題干為態度題，見歷年真題題干如下：
1、In the author’s opinion, the absorption of immigrants into American society is ________.(2006 Text 1)
2、From the text we can conclude that the author ________.(2006 Text 2)
3、What is the author’s attitude towards IQ test、 (2007 text 2)
二、方法
1、作者態度：方法類似主旨題——串線法
文章態度：作者對文章主旨的看法

(文章中以莎凡的例子引出文章論述要點，即智力測驗不能夠說明人的智力高低——二段1句，在起承轉合的合的最后一段，作者指出了智力測驗的弊端，不能評估創造力和實踐能力，壓力下不能評估領導能力，通過串線法把握文章脈絡，可見作者是持懷疑態度的。)
[A] Supportive. 反向干擾
[B] Skeptical.
[C] Impartial. 作者側重討論不足之處，不是中立的態度，中立態度一般放在文中既討論有利之處又討論弊端的文章中
[D] Biased. 文中質疑智力測驗有理有據，所以并不能夠說是偏見。
細節態度：作者對文中人物看法

此題主要通過關鍵詞定位法和自然段界定法定位，并找到能夠體現作者態度的褒貶詞確定正確答案

三、選項特征
1、正常選項特征
正確選項通常為表示“向上”，“向下”，或者是表示“客觀的”，“不偏不倚的”的意思的詞語。
以2001text4為例：

A、Optimistic B、Objective C、Pessimistic D、Biased
2、錯誤選項特征
當選項中出現detached，supportive of both sides, biased, indifferent, puzzled, subjective等詞時，一般為錯誤選項。
