      西餐的基本禮儀常識

      就坐

      就座時,身體要端正,手肘不要放在桌面上,不可蹺足,與餐桌的距離以便于使用餐具為佳。餐臺上已擺好的餐具不要隨意擺弄。將餐巾對折輕輕放在膝上。

      刀叉

      從外側往內側取用刀叉,要左手持叉,右手持刀;切東西時左手拿叉按住食物,右手執刀將其鋸切成小塊,然后用叉子送入口中。

      使用刀時,刀刃不可向外。進餐中放下刀叉時,應擺成"八"字型,分別放在餐盤邊上。刀刃朝向自身,表示還要繼續吃。

      每吃完一道菜,將刀叉并攏放在盤中。如果是談話,可以拿著刀叉,無需放下。不用刀時,也可以用右手持叉,但若需要作手勢時,就應放下刀叉,千萬不可手執刀叉在空中揮舞搖晃,也不要一手拿刀或叉,而另一只手拿餐巾擦嘴,也不可一手拿酒杯,另一只手拿叉取菜。要記住,任何時候,都不可將刀叉的一端放在盤上,另一端放在桌上。

      酒杯

      用三根手指輕握杯腳。酒類服務通常由服務員負責將少量酒倒入酒杯中,讓客人鑒別一下品質是否有誤。只須把它當成一種形式,喝一小口并回到Good。接著,侍者會來倒酒,這時,不要動手去拿酒杯,而應把酒杯放在桌上由侍者去倒。正確的握杯姿勢是用手指輕握杯腳。為避免手的溫度使酒溫增高,應用大拇指、中指、食指握住杯腳,小指放在杯子的底臺固定。

      喝酒

      甜點吃法

      冰淇淋

      吃冰淇淋一般使用小勺。當和蛋糕或餡餅一起吃或作為主餐的一部分時,要使用一把甜點叉和一把甜點勺。

      餡餅
