　　the“ project hope”mainly depends on the cont ributions of the urban people and overseas chinese who care about the development of china ’s education . t he cont ributed money will be dist ribut ed by“ project hope”council to the countryside to help the children who cannot afford the education . one hundred yuan will help such a child finis h his primary education

　　“ project hope”i a good way to promot e the education in the rur al areas , but it is fa r from being sufficient . by now, only a small por tion of the children benefit f rom it . t he refore ,i suggest that gove rnment at all levels and people of all walks of life pay mor e at tention to the problem and do much more to help r aise the educational level of the country .
