2016年6月六級英語詞組短語之動詞篇

一、 made, “除了“,put1、和 made 相關的短語
be made in +某地：表示產自哪里
The watch was made in China.
be made of +某種材料：表示用某種材料制成(通常看的出來原材料)
The tea pot is made of silver.
be made from +某些材料：表示用某些材料制成(通常看丌出來原材料)
Wine is made from grapes.
be made by +某人：表示由某人制成
This cake was made by my sister.
2、表示“除了”的短語except：除了，表示整體中除掉。例句：I invited everyone except John.
(我沒有邀請 John)
besides:除了…還有…
例句：Besides his right arm, he brokehis two legs.(除了他的右胳膊，他還弄斷了雙腿)
except for:除了，常放于句首且除去一些微丌足道的東西。
例句：Except for this, everything isready.(除此之外，一切已準備好)
apart from:(=except for 戒 besides)
例句：Apart from/Except for the nose, he is quitegood-looking.3、和 put 相關的短語put up: 提起，舉起;為……提供食宿
例句: The boys put up their tent in the middle of a field. (搭起)
put on：穿上，戴上
例句：Put on your coat and let’s go!
put out: 撲滅;出版，生產
例句：Father put out the fire and creptinto his tent.
put down: 記下，抄下
例句：Put down all the sentences that are on the blackboard.
put off: 推遲
例句：I have put off my trip to Londonuntil next week.
put away: 放好，收好
例句：She told her children to puttheir toys away and go to bed.
put up with (+sb):忍受某人
例句：I can’t put up with him any longer.
二、look, call, pick1、和 look 相關的常考短語
look for: 尋找(強調過程)
例句：I’m looking for my pen, but Idon’t find it.
look after: 照顧(=take care of)
例句：Would you please look after mypet when I’m in London?
look out: 當心，注意(=Be careful)
例句：Look out! A bus is coming!
look up: 1) 查閱 2) 拜訪(某人)
例句：I shall look up this word in thedictionary.
look forward to: 期待(+doing sth)
例句：I’m looking forward to seeing you this summer holiday.
look back: 回顧，回頭看
例句：They like to look back on thoseunforgettable years in the army.
2、和 call 相關的常考短語call out：大聲喊
例句：He called out to me but I didn’thear him.
call at : 拜訪(后面往往加地點)
例句：Does the ship call at Liverpool?
call on: 拜訪(后面往往加人)
例句：I called on Frank yesterday.
call sb up: 打電話;召集
例句：She will call you up tomorrow.
call off:取消(=cancel)
例句：It began to rain so we called offthe match.
call for: 需求，要求
例句：Your plan will call for a lot ofmoney.
3、和 pick 相關的短語pick up: 1) 撿起 2)接(某人) 3)學習例句：He picked up a long pipe which wascovered with coins.(撿起)I’ll pick you up in the car thisevening.(接)I picked up a lot of English when I was inEngland.(學習)
pick out: 挑出; 分辨出
例句：I can’t pick out the card I likebest.
三、knock, “話費”,give1、和 knock 相關的短語
knock at： 敲，擊
例句：A beggar knocked at my door.
knock off： 1)碰掉 2)下班 3)打折
例句：I knocked the vase off the table and broke it. (碰掉)He always knocks off at six o’clock. (下班)
The shop assistant knocked 10% off the bill.(打折)
Knockover： 撞倒
例句：A car knocked the boy over.
2、表示“花費”的動詞短語(1)spend:sb spend + 時間/錢 + on sthsb spend + 時間/錢 + (in) doing sth例句：I spent two days on this book.= I spent two days (in)reading this book.須注意：spend 后面既可是花費多少時間，也可以是多少金錢;
spend 通常是人作主語。
(2)take:
It takes/took sb +時間 + to do sth例句：It took me two days to readthis book.須注意：take 后面通常只跟花費多少時間;
take 通常是 it 做形式主語。
(3)cost:
sth costs/cost sb +錢例句：This dress costs me twenty dollars.須注意：cost 后面通常只跟花費多少錢;
cost 通常是物作主語。
(4)pay:
sb pay/paid +錢+for sth例句：I paid twenty dollars for that dress.
須注意：pay 表示支付的意思，通常人做主語。
3、和 give 相關的短語give up: 放棄例句：I have given up smoking.give in: 投降; 上交例句：He can’t continue fighting. He will soon give in. (投降)Give in your exercise books to me. (上交)give away: 分送;泄露例句：I gaveaway my sweets to the little boy.give back： 送還
例句：He returned with my bag and gave it back to me.
四、use, “到達”, turn1、 use 用法小結
(1)主語 +used to do sth: 過去常常做某事
例句：I used to work sixteen hours a day.
(2)主語 +be/get used to doing sth: 習慣于做某事
例句：She got used to getting up at 7 o’clock.
(3)主語 +be used to do sth. (= 主語 +be used for doing sth): 被用于做某事
例句：Knives are used to cut things. = Knives are used for cutting things.
(4)主語 +be used as: 被用作
例句： The radio is used as a tool in my English study.
(5)其他短語：
use up: 用盡，用完
make use of: 利用
2、 表示“到達”的動詞短語(1)arrive ：到達(不及物動詞，可單獨使用;若接某地點，中間必須加上介詞 at 或 in，
但地點副詞除外)
arrive at + 小地點例句：I will arrive at the airport tomorrow morning.arrive in + 大地點
例句：She arrived in Hong Kong yesterday.
(2)reach：到達(及物動詞，后面必須直接接地點，做賓語)
例句：He didn’t stop until he reached the door.
(3)get to: 到達(動詞短語，后面必須接地點，做賓語)
例句：Did you get to the zoo?
3、和 turn 相關的短語turn up/down: 開大/開小
例句：Please turn up the TV.
turn on/off: 打開/關掉
例句：Turn off the radio and let the baby sleep.
turn in: 上交
例句：I want everyone to turn in the report on time.
turn out: 結果是，發生
例句：The party turns out to be very successful.
turn into: 變成
例句：The old building was turned into a library.
turn to: 求助于
例句：If you have any question, you can turn to me.
五、catch, throw, think1、和 catch 相關的短語
catch one’s eyes = catch one’s attention: 引人注意catch a cold: 染上感冒catch one’s breath: 屏住呼吸catch fire: 著火catch up with: 趕上
catch sight of: 看見
2、與 throw 相關的短語throw out: 扔出，拋出
例句：Byrd at once ordered his men to throw out two heavy food sacks.
throw away: 扔掉，拋棄
例句：Throw those old books away.
throw up: 嘔吐
例句：When I get seasick, I throw up my food.

七、get, do, go1、與 get 相關的短語
get on: 上車get off: 下車get out: 出去，逃離例句：I told him to leave and get out.get through: 通過，完成例句：The passage is too narrow for cars to get through.get together: 集合，團聚例句：All the members of family get together once a year.get over: 克服
例句：We are sure that he can get over his illness.
