      調整你的語法

      雖然你有很多要說的,但是空間有限,簡歷寫作的標準允許你使用縮寫句。可以省略句子主題(e.g. I, my manager),物主代詞,(my/mine, his/hers),有時甚至冠詞(the, a)。如果你在一句話中要列出不止一個成就的話你可以用"and"取代分號。例如:"我負責一項非常重要的項目而且我的經理給予了我獎勵"可以寫成"Lead key project; awarded by manager."

      使用行為動詞

      行為動詞表示一個特殊的行為,例如Action solved, managed, initiated, accomplished。助動詞有 am, was, have和had。在簡歷中,行為動詞讓你聽起來更有目的性,更充滿活力--即是公司想要雇傭的那種類型!例如:"Managed a team of 20 employees" 聽起來比"Was in charge of 20 employees." 更有權利。
