Responsibilities:
1.In research stage, create white structure samples in accordance with specification and design direction from HK or USA. Check the physical model to make sure the preliminary PKG can match with the product well. Issue the packaging specification to the product souring department for costing exercise.
2.Handle the customized item, includes pre-pack, CDU, display and pallet which are used to show numbers of product at the same time, save space and promote sales. Also create the packaging specification based on the request form from the CS department, and make samples for the customers’ approval before process into the mass production.
3.Prepare packaging layout sample with product for line workers to follow by considering the aesthetic appreciation, transit test, materials and cost elements.
4.Assist Project Engineer and vendors to solve problems with packages before mass production. Also follow up customer complaints on packages after the mass production. |
