　　The Spring Festival， Chinese New Year，is the most important festival for all of us. All family members get together on New Year'Eve to have a big meal.At the same time， everyone celebrates to each other.At about 12 o'clock，some parents and children light crackers.The whole sky is lighted brightly. We may watch the fireworks excitedly.How busy it is！

　　On the first early moring of one year， many senior citizen get up early and they stick the reversed Fu or hang some couplets on the front door. Some house's windows are sticked on red paper cutlings.The Chinese New Year lasts fifteen days. So during the fifteen days， we always visit our relatives from door to door. At that time， children are the happiest because they can get many red packets form their parents，grandparents， uncles， aunts and so on. The last day of the Chinese New Year is another festival. It names the Lantern Festival.

　　on year’s eve, all the people sit around the desk and have a big family dinner. there are some vegetables, some fish, some meat, some fruits and some drink like juice, coke, pepsi and some nice wine. overall, this is a good and delicious dinner. after dinner, we always watch tv year progammes. we have a wonderful evening on year’s eve.

　　on the first day of the spring festival, most of people get up early and say “happy year” to each other. for breakfast, people often eat dumplings and baozi. after breakfast, people often make many delicious foods, and children often play cards, computer games and fireworks. on the second and third day, we visit friends and relatives.

　　以前過年，都是不會穿新衣裳的，還不會買新年禮物，也不會……，現在變化的太大了，過年的時候要換洗新衣裳，還有人來請客喝酒，還可以收到各種各樣的禮物，自己也可以買禮物，可是在現在的時代里，過去的很多很多的習俗都已經沒有了，只是這么簡簡單單的事情，穿新衣裳啊，買禮物啊，放鞭炮啊，到親戚朋友家去串門啊，吃餃子吃年糕的啊，就是這么個簡簡單單的事情，甚至有些地方都不讓放鞭炮了，現在都不需要一些過年的別的習俗都已經沒有了，這就是時代的變化，那些事情都與潮流，有些配不上了，我真想體會體會以前的過年習俗，也不會有這些麻麻煩煩，讓自己不開心的事情，我覺得這些新的時代還不如以前的時代，整天都可以開開心心的，過那一些有趣的習俗，而不像現在，數來數去就那么幾個習俗，很容易就過完了，現在的習俗都是非常普通的習俗，哪能有過去那么多有趣的習俗來比較呢？真的是希望過去的那一些習俗，現在還是可以繼續過的，就算跟不上潮流，那也能讓我們開開心心的，讓我們小孩子，每一天快快樂樂的'成長，那是多么的好啊！無論是過去的習俗還是現在的習俗，只要習俗能多一點兒，快樂多一點兒，就能過一個非常非常好的年。
