　　Ill offer it to Tom. However, he may not want it. / He may not want it however. / Tom, however,may not want it.

　　但提到兩句意義相反的話時， however意為“但是/仍然/同樣”：

　　They hadnt trained hard, however ( / but / nevertheless / all the same) they won.

　　連接代詞和連接副詞的區別：

　　1、連接代詞是所有可以引起從句的疑問代詞，比如what、who等，在從句中作主語或者賓語等。

　　例如：

　　Ask her which she wants.問她要哪一個。（which在從句中作賓語）

　　2、連接副詞是用于引導從句的疑問副詞，比如where、why等，在從句中作狀語。

　　例如：
